Often times, the first step in getting help is to come to the realization that help is required. That’s why Mind+Body Wellness created this free depression and anxiety quiz.

It’s important to note that this quiz is NOT a diagnostic tool. Mental health disorders, such as depression, chronic anxiety, and more, can only be diagnosed by a licensed mental health provider or doctor.

What this quiz can do is help you determine if seeking treatment is a viable step for you to take.
